Overview:
I was on with Justice to talk about the Whole Women’s Health suit landing in front of the Supreme Court and how a new study out of Texas on people attempting to self-induce their own abortions ties into the importance of the upcoming SCOTUS decision. Reminder: the June decision on HB2 will either strengthen Roe, uphold it, or decimate it — which will affect the entire country. If the primary reason people self-induce is that they couldn’t access wanted/preferred clinic-based care, imagine what would happen with even fewer clinics should SCOTUS uphold the law.
