She’s the force behind beloved places like Taim Falafel and Balaboosta and the author of two cookbooks, Balaboosta, and the newly published SHUK: From Market to Table, the Heart of Israeli Home Cooking. Lia Ronnen is the publisher of Artisan Books, who has published both of Einat’s books.
