Burnout is a very common experience for anyone whether you are a student or work full-time. The sooner you are able to recognise burnout, the sooner you can begin to fight back against it. This episode will help you identify burnout and realise if this is something that you are experiencing and will then give you advice on how to fight back against that burnout.
