Mental health is often viewed as a taboo topic. We at "Keep it 100 Today" believe that mental health should be normalized and that it is something that should be openly talked about. Too many people feel ashamed or embarrassed to discuss mental health issues, and this only serves to make them feel worse.

At "Keep it 100 Today", we provide a safe and welcoming environment for people to talk about mental health. We want to break down the stigma associated with mental health and provide people with the resources they need to improve their mental health.
