Being a wedding planner is one of the most selfless careers or business that one can get into. Your success, fulfillment and happiness literally hinges on the success and happiness of your couples on their once-in-a-lifetime special day. And if you know Christine Ong Te, or Achi Pooh, as she is widely known by everyone, then her success and longevity wouldn't surprise you at all because she is one of the most selfless, giving, and loving person you will ever meet. And if you're lucky (like our entire family lol), she'll also be there at your special day, making sure it goes according to plan.

In this episode, we talked about her incredible 20-year run in the event planning industry, how she started, how she grew, and how she has stayed at the very top of an ever-evolving and highly-competitive industry. Since we recorded this late May, we also touched on the state of weddings, and events in general, given the effects of this pandemic. It's during this trying times that my respect for Achi Pooh grew even more, seeing how she dealt with things positively and rallied her clients and colleagues alike.
