Over 14 years ago the world of human resources captured Candace unexpectedly. Starting out in the accounting field, a mentor quickly identified her purpose was to be much greater. Initially hesitant about entering the field Candace took the leap. Her naturally caring and bold ability to connect with employees and management both equally immediately placed a spotlight on what employers have identified as unique, gifted, and incomparable. Candace holds a genuine passion for assuring workplaces are both fair, consistent, and innovative with addressing employee-employer concerns. Her expertise lies heavily in employee-employer relations and training & development. In her HR tenure, she has been sure to leave an imprint for each employer that has encountered her. Candace is a Mother of two beautiful children and currently resides in the small peaceful town of Dallastown, Pennsylvania.
