This week we meet another Ash Kicker by the name of Kristen. She is an absolute legend, a poet and mother. She talks us through her smoke free journey, how she achieved it and so much more.

The interview took place on the 15th of February. Apologies for the lateness it publishing this episode, I had issues with editing and I have had some surgery which has effected my voice, which is why there is a generic intro and outro to this episode.
