Starting something new can be tough especially a podcast, but if you want to be a podcaster then you must start a podcast.  You may be afraid that your podcast will stink in the beginning and it might, but that is okay.  You will get better by doing, but you will never get better if you do not start.  It is okay to stink in the beginning because you will learn, grow and get better.
