The damage that has already been done and will continue to be done to the Australian wildlife, the bush and the poor people who live around the affected areas is monumental.

The response from the government and in particular Prime Minister Scott Morrison has been very minimal and is not making a significant difference in the fight against these wild fires and as a result the people of the world have banded together to raise and donate 10's of millions of dollars to lend a helping hand. Watch out for the scams.
