Don’t be pulled in different directions or worried about a thing. Be saturated in prayerthroughout each day, offering your faith-filled requests before God with overflowinggratitude. Tell him every detail of your life, then God’s wonderful peace that transcendshuman understanding, will make the answers known to you through Jesus Christ. Sokeep your thoughts continually fixed on all that is authentic and real, honourable andadmirable, beautiful and respectful, pure & holy, merciful and kind. And fasten yourthoughts on every glorious work of God, praising him always. Follow the example of allthat we have imparted to you and the God of peace will be with you in all things.Phil 4v6-9And because of him, when you who are not jews heard the revelation of truth, youbelieved in the wonderful news of salvation. Now we have been stamped with the seal ofthe promised Holy Spirit. He is given to us like an engagement ring is given to a bride, asthe first instalment of what’s coming! He is our hope- promise of a future inheritancewhich seals us until we have all of redemption’s promises and experience completefreedom - all for the supreme glory and honour of God.Eph 1v13-14And I pray that he would unveil within you the unlimited riches of his glory and favour untilsupernatural strength floods your innermost being with his divine might and explosivepower. Then, by constantly using your faith, the life of Christ will be released deep insideyou, and the resting place of his love will become the very source and root of your life.Eph 3v16-17Never doubt God’s mighty power to work in you and accomplish all this. He will achieveinfinitely more than your greatest request, your most unbelievable dream, and exceedyour wildest imagination! He will outdo them all for his miraculous power constantlyenergies youEph 3v20-21But we thank God for giving us the victory as conquerors through our Lord Jesus, theAnointed One. So now beloved ones, stand firm, stable, and enduring. Live your lives withan unshakable confidence. We know that we prosper and excel in every season byserving the Lord, because we are assured that our union with the Lord makes our labourproductive with fruit that endures.1Cor 15v57-58through our yielded lives he spreads the fragrance of the knowledge of God everywherewe go. We have become the unmistakeable aroma of the victory of the anointed One ofGod - a perfume of life to those being saved and an odour of death to those who areperishing. The unbelievers smell a deadly stench that leads to death, but believers smellthe live-giving aroma that leads to abundant life. And who of us can rise to the challenge?2Cor2v14b-17Now it’s because of God’s mercy that we have been entrusted with the privilege of thisnew covenant ministry. And we will not quit or faint with weariness. We reject everyshameful cover-up and refuse to resort to cunning trickery or distorting the word of God.Instead, we open up our souls to you by presenting the truth to everyones conscience inthe sight and presence of God. Even if our gospel message is veiled, it is only veiled tothose who are perishing, for their minds have been blinded by the god of this age, leavingthem in unbelief. Their blindness keeps them from seeing the day-spring light of thewonderful news of the glory of Jesus Christ who is the divine image of God. We don’tpreach ourselves, but rather the lordship of Jesus christ, for we are your servants forJesus’ sake. For God, who said, “let brilliant light shine out of darkness,” is the one whohas cascaded his light into us- the brilliant dawning light of the glorious knowledge ofGod as we gaze into the face of Jesus christ.2Cor4v1-5
