Welcome to 2023 my gorgeous Queens!!! I am so excited to be here with you on this amazing journey for 2023. This week we are getting raw and real as I share more of my mental health journey with and admit that I have hit rock bottom.

This for me was a bitter pill to swallow but realising that on the surface you can look like you have it all but underneath you are drowning and getting pulled under by your own mental health battles. I wanted to lift the lid on this and be done with the toxic positivity so you can see that even a self proclaimed manifesting and self love Queen has battle internally going on.
