Jacole is a certified Human Resources professional, certified life coach, published author, speaker, trainer, and leadership development professional with over 17 years of experience in various businesses and non-profit organizations. As a disciple of Jesus Christ, she is passionate about empowering others to live out their purpose and seeing more healthy relationships and families in our communities. Jacole strongly believes this can be accomplished through the practical application of Biblical principles. Changes and challenges are constant in most environments and we can impact change with the right levels of communication, awareness, and training.
Jacole’s career and business experiences include Human Resources leadership with several organizations, and she has many years of experience working with mega church and parachurch organizations in contracted/full-time staff and in volunteer and volunteer leaderships roles. Jacole is the founder of Engaged Believers and Coach Jacole, LLC., where she provides services to empower individuals and organization in their purpose. Some of her services include human resources services for churches and companies, Purpose Engineer coaching services, Career readiness/development coaching for the millennials, workshops, bible studies, etc. Some of her programs include Season of Preparation, the Parent Community, the Be The WOMAN Group and the Engaged Believers Thursday afternoon women’s bible study.
In 2017, Jacole released her debut book Season of Preparation: Welcome to Season of
Preparation, which is a self-help book that provides guidance and encouragement for
single people who desire marriage. The principles and lessons learned in this book can
be applied to preparation in your career and most major areas of life and purpose.
