Jesse lives his purpose as a trainer, author, professional life coach, group empowerment facilitator and mentor for people in addiction recovery.

Jesse is the founder of Entrepreneurs in Recovery™. He started Entrepreneurs in Recovery™ in 2017 as a way to transform the lives of 5000 men and women in addiction recovery through one-on-one coaching, facilitation, writing, and, speaking. He currently works with communities, addiction treatment centers, and sober living facilities in the Northeast U.S. where he helps facilitate change using the Entrepreneurs in Recovery™ workshops. Jess is an XChange Certified Practitioner with a deep passion to bring out the best in any individual, team, community, or system.
