Welcome to the Knotty Mama Podcast! The podcast where I, Megan Wiggins, expose how on the daily, I'm trying to work out the knots in life in motherhood and womanhood. I'm so excited and grateful you're here to join me in the very first episode. I'll make this short and sweet, it's a quick introduction to the podcast. Here's what you can expect to hear:

These  episodes will get you from point A to B, whether it's dropping the kids off at school or making a trip to the grocery store, and will hopefully be just the right amount of inspiration, connection and laughs that you need! There will be some guided meditation episodes as well so stay tuned for some of my favorites throughout the 15 years I've been practicing. 

I want to build a community of women and mothers that can share in their day to day wins and losses as we all do the best we can to work towards being healthier in body, mind and spirit, not just for others but for ourselves.
