It is an honor to have two OGs of Denver/CO mixed martial arts on my podcast. These guys genuinely embody the spirit of martial arts, of being willing to confront any and all challenges placed in front of them. We discuss some of their professional fighting careers, the mentality behind fighting, and go on several unrelated but (hopefully) entertaining tangents.
