I am on episode 10 and I think I'm going to give up. The concept is great and I like how the hosts try to break things down in simple terms. But there are just so many straight up untrue statements that leave me wondering "where did you even get that idea?" Like they just said that the word "money" comes from the words "mono" and "I". One I? Wtf does that even mean anyway? Besides it's totally untrue with just a brief Google search. Also there's no structure to the episodes and you just have to follow these guys around on a rant and wonder where they're even going with the discussion. This could be so good but it's just not.

I was cautiously excited for this podcast and I held out hope that it would be organized and enlightening. I was put off from listening because of Daniel Polinski. I felt strongly that his engagement in dialogue with Eduardo was self-gratifying and egocentric. Daniel provides little to no background or citations for many of his statements, and I felt that his rationale felt disconnected and incomplete. The episode on gender would have been massively improved by having a professional/specialist with a decolonized perspective. Daniel's shared perspective was limited by heteronormativity and arguably bioessentialist and transphobic conceptualizations of gender. They've also had some sound problems, where part-way through the sound quality will change and it starts to feel like you're on *yet another* Zoom call. I'm hoping these two can make needed improvements.

Loving, motivating, expansive and inspirational are the first words that come to mind. These guys embody the love they preach, and I feel it in my own heart every time I listen; even from way down under in Australia. As if that wasn't enough, this podcast frequently sparks new creative thought and energy towards the ancient, philosophical principals that are covered in the episodes, and that have increasingly occupied my mind for years.
