State Representative Austin Smith is ending his reelection campaign after his petition signatures were challenged. KTAR Legal Analyst Barry Markson explains the Republican could be criminally investigated for fraud. In a statement, Smith says he's withdrawing so he won't have to pay lawyer fees defending the accusations. 

The case has already been referred to the State Attorney General's Office for investigation, along with 12 others.
