Both chambers of the Arizona legislature have passed a bill to repeal the 1864 abortion ban, which Governor Katie Hobbs is expected to sign. However, the repeal will not take effect until 90 days after the legislative session. Only three Republicans in the House voted to repeal and just two in the Senate, along with all Democrats.
