This is a continuation of my kwentuhan with JV. We talked about the greatest lesson we learned in HS and went through a conversational path towards mental health. From him discovering that he has anxiety disorder to his journey in healing and everything in between. Having the same faith and similar experience on how our fellow believers have treated us because of our mental illness, it's encouraging to know that we have the same advocacy and vision. To be the person who would hear us during our loudest cry for compassion, understanding, and help.JV made me feel comfortable sharing with him some of the details that I went through so I hope this episode would make you feel comfortable as well. <3
