Kateryna Rets is a young activist working for the cultural development of Ukraine. Valeriia Kruzjekova, from Romny in the Sumy region, is among the Top 2% of applicants selected in Ukraine as finalists of the Future Leaders Exchange Program FLEX in 2019-2020 where she spent an exchange year in Hawaii, USA. She is an alumni of the Global Leadership Forum (GLF) in 2018 made by the UWC-USA. And she received recognition from the US Department of State for 150 volunteering hours. Daryna Hil is a freshman from the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv studying Interpreting and Translation. Andriana Labanets is an Erasmus Mundus scholarship recipient, currently following her studies in Rome, Italy. Prior to that, she has been doing her Master’s degree in Madrid and Glasgow. In the past Andriana also participated in Erasmus+ exchange program in Paris and summer school in Prague. Andriana sees the great value that the international education can bring for Ukrainians. Therefore, in 2020 she created the UpGrader project in order to raise awareness about different academic opportunities abroad and help people to get into their dream programs. The Instagram-based project consists of news about scholarships, application process tips and life abroad insights. It is now followed by students and young professionals not only from Ukraine but also other post-Soviet countries. Yaroslava Franck is an Associate at Sayenko Kharenko in Kyiv where she specializes international arbitration, cross-border litigation and infrastructural projects. Liza Nesterenko is an Erasmus student at IULM University in Milan. Originally, she is studying Management of International Communication in Riga, Latvia.
