Hey Lackers! We welcome Collegiate men’s and women’s wrestling coach, Jake Lords to Rock Bottom Studio! Jake was hired to start both men’s and women’s programs and in the process became the athletic director for Carl Albert State College. He has a unique perspective on mindset and preparing your mind to be ready to meet challenges, both on and off the mat. He talks about the differences between coaching men and women and why he is so vested to making women’s wrestling strong throughout the nation. He is amazing and shares some great words.
