How are you guys holding up in lock down? Are you enjoying some good quality time with your families? Or is your husband already buried in the backyard?  This week Amanda has provided us with some great advice (or rules as she calls them repeatedly).   You don’t have to think of them as rules if you don’t want to, she ain’t the boss of you. These will hopefully make you feel a little better about yourself in your current state and give you some hope for the future. Although, she does demand you shower regularly and also basically calls Jessica a psychopath (she’s not bitter about it or anything), so maybe her advice is straight garbage. You decide.
