Welcome to language policy consulting chats, My name is Dra. Xiomara Rivera Pagán and I am a Language Policy Analyst and founder of Language Policy consulting. In this space we focus on conversations around linguistic diversity, language policy research, and personal experiences that put all of those factors into context for us in everyday settings.

Studying educational language policies for me was eye-opening, observing how power dynamics influence languages, cultures identities, and systems at different levels. The more I learned the more I wanted to chat about how these dynamics play out in every level of our communities.
