Kevin Hempstead, writer and motivational speaker, is the author of a book entitled, "Black And Blue: Pathways to a Positive Interaction Between African Americans and the Police."

Kevin, comes with changing the narrative on how community members and police officer interaction occur and why it is important to have better communication with peace officers, especially in the minority communities.
