I decided to try something new:

In this episode I talk about life events, things going on, and things on my mind. I talk a little about my thoughts on coronavirus and The Bachelor. I also talk about cutting out television for the kids this week and how that's going so far. Lastly, I mentioned the recent event I spoke at and how that went. I talk a little about meditation and anxiety as well.
