This episode is all about Polycystic Ovary Syndrome and Endometriosis - two common conditions linked to your menustral cycle. I wanted to shed light on the stories of women who suffer with severe periods or those who have lost their periods and raise awareness about their conditions, whilst aiming to encourage woman with similar symptoms to get checked out. Your periods should not control your life. You should not be in agony. You should have a healthy and consistent cycle!
