BREAKING NEWS: Twin suicide bomb blasts in Kabul take the lives of 13 U.S. service members and leave 18 wounded. Officials in Kabul say more than 60 Afghans were killed. President Biden is directing military leaders to draw up plans to strike militant group ISIS-K, as he vows to hunt down the terrorists and continue with the mission to get Americans and Afghan allies out of Afghanistan. But what does this mean for The President’s exit strategy?

The White House says that President Biden never considered changing the August 31 deadline for withdrawal of all U.S. forces from Afghanistan. Approximately 1,000 Americans are still in the country.

Afghan refugees are beginning to arrive in the U.S. for resettlement but will undergo the lengthy multi-step application process for Special Immigrant Visas to the U.S.

On tonight’s panel: CNN’s Kaitlan Collins, Oren Lieberman, Sam Kiley, General Wesley Clark, David Axelrod, John Harwood, Jim Sciutto, Fareed Zakaria, Evan Perez and Douglas Brinkley. Plus Philip Mudd, Eliot Ackerman, Colonel Cedric Leighton and General Kenneth F. McKenzie.
