In this program of Sovereign Self, Martin, Ron and Karen discuss understanding as an expression of love, not only for others but towards ourselves as well. Understanding is a broad topic and can be hard hitting at times. What holds most people back from understanding is our judgments about ourselves and others. This will at times be a hard hitting program as it brings up many common judgments people have that they do not wish to face. Yet when we don't face our judgments, we hold ourselves back from becoming the highest we can be and from being our Sovereign Self.
