Alicia O'Connell Cohen is the founder of Kate's Cookie Jar, a company that produces naturally sweetened organic cookies. Alicia went "sugar free" in 2004 after suffering with Crohn's disease for 30 years. She had other serious complications that included premature osteoarthritis and a weakened immune system. After changing her diet drastically, giving up all medications, and practicing Jin Shin Jyutsu, her health has been transformed.Since becoming healthy Alicia has become an inspiration for millions of women. She has appeared on numerous television shows including Tyra, Living Well with Montel Williams, The Morning Show and Rachael Ray.Alicia has been featured in the print media.
