In this episode we discuss various assumptions about mental well-being that can often come up in conversation and talk about our experiences and response to the assumption that mental illness is a trend that people jump on. 

Once again our aim is to open up conversation and encourage empathy especially around such sensitive topics so please only watch if you feel hearing discussions of mental illness will not negatively affect you own well-being.
