Lead From Within Podcast is built on a few traditional values of my life.(A) Be Authentic. Do not lie, do not run from difficult, do not take the easy road out, never quit and always fight.(B) Be yourself no matter what people say about you. Strike forward, do not let others deter you.(C) Find a way, not an excuse.Lead From Within will cover a few topics of discussion,(1) Men, being a man, being yourself, being authentic. I want to help young men figure out what it means to be a man, why men are important in life, why you need to stand up for yourself and not give into others. The world needs more men and I want to help men be men. (2) Health, fitness, nutrition and training. I am a personal trainer and hockey coach and have been training for 8+ years and want to shed my knowledge, experiences in training and nutrition with you to hopefully help you figure out your best sustainable approach to health and fitness.
