Olympic lifts are probably the most difficult lifts one can do and learn. The technicality that goes into olympic lifting is so important for the athlete/person. One wrong move, miscue and or extra 2.5 lbs can be the difference maker of a completed lift or a failed lift or even an injury. Olympic lifting emphasis one very important thing that I believe everyone should follow TECHNIQUE OVER WEIGHT. Getting the technique and form down before one increases the weight.
