Joe Delaney was born in San Fernando, Trinidad, graduated from Glenn Hills High School, Augusta, Georgia, and enlisted in the Marine Corps, beginning his career with 4 th Landing Support Battalion, Savannah, Georgia. He was later commissioned is continuing his service as an Active Duty Marine Corps Colonel stationed in Hawaii. His innate passion for personal and organizational leadership led him to pursue growth opportunities throughout his career. He is currently preparing for retirement where he, his wife, and his three daughters look forward to calling Hawaii home and continuing to enjoy the beautiful island of Oahu.
