Taking care of you and giving yourself space is one of the most powerful acts of self love. 

Laura explains how duality is something we all face, every single day, in every season of life. That rebirth and shedding layers can take much longer than expected. It requires you to believe in yourself, to have trust, grace, compassion, to feel your wide array of emotions, to allow the lows to flow in and sit with them with no judgment and a deeper level of self love.

With the super full moon and solar eclipse happening tomorrow, we are reminded that we are exactly where we need to be. And that through every storm, we can still let in moments of joy, of strength and love that spark within you.
