Released Sunday, 7th March 2021
Good episode? Give it some love!
Against all the odds Penny Mallory made her childhood dream come true when she became the first woman in the world to compete in a World Rally Car for Ford in the World Rally Championship. She remains the only woman to have achieved this.
Not bad considering she was teenage runaway and spent 3 years homeless in London. Penny attributes her success to having learned how to build and harness Mental Toughness.
She now teaches her Mental Toughness formula to help peoople develop confidence, resilience, commitment, determination and focus so that they can build powerful, successful teams and organisations. Teams will be able to meet insane targets, crazy deadlines and thrive under extreme pressure.
Penny Mallory is a leading authority on Mental Toughness and is one of the UK’s top female motivational speakers, drawing on her experience from her years in Motorsport as a Rally Driver. Penny is living proof that building and developing Mental Toughness are vital if you are to thrive in this world.
The Mentally Tough prosper and succeed in today’s fast pace of crisis, change, uncertainty and innovation. Increasing resilience, focus, confidence and attitude transforms performance, productivity, profitability and wellbeing.
With increased Mental Toughness we can learn to manage the stress and pressures we all face, every day. When we can better manage extreme pressure and stress, our performance, happiness and quality of life all rise.
Penny has worked inside and alongside many world class teams (including F1), and with individuals across many sectors, to improve team performance and results.
