“Another thing I'm working on is leading with empathy. Really trying to take a pause and try to see where the other person is coming from. Just really recognizing that we're all coming to the table with lots of baggage you can't always just separate it out in your personal life, from your professional life or, you know, leave it at home when you come to the office. It's not always that easy.”
