Curtis is the founder and CEO of Copilot and has 20 plus years in Leadership, turning around

organizations, and coaching roles. His greatest business purpose is to help transform cooperation into a

place where the people want to work, want to truly contribute and he is a big believer that leaning into

your own intuitive leadership is critical to bringing that about.

He believes that Business is Personal and relationships become ever more important in

sales and team work as well as in leadership roles.

He is a proud father of two young adult boys and is happily living his life fully. He all loves nature and

spending time in it; hiking, kayaking and even just appreciating silent moments. Curtis is also a

passionate vintage motorcycle rider and amatuer nature photographer. He lives his life with intention and

love.
