Mission Belt was kind enough to send us a sample of their belt. Wearing a suit a few times a week as a lay leader always requires a belt (I’m not the suspenders type). I’ve been extremely impressed with the belt and love the sound of the clicks each time I put it on. The Mission Belt is designed with a ratchet system which fits more comfortably since it can be tightened to the exact size of your waist. Plus, you don’t bend it out of form over time since there is no buckle to maneuver.
The company was founded by an LDS returned missionary, Nate Holzapfel, who famously appeared on ABC’s Shark Tank. He’s got quite the personality and is respected for his ability to sell.
I’ve noticed more and more lay leaders in the Church sporting the Mission Belt and it is a belt I would recommend. Makes a great gift for any leader and will last them through any tenure of service. Check out the different styles and their charitable business approach at MissionBelt.com.
