Dave and Leah Boden interview Pete and Bryony Baker about how they develop young leaders as National Directors of an Organisation that focuses on raising up the next generation of young people to impact their world.

Pete and Bryony are the National Directors of Pais England & Northern Ireland. They live in the north of England with their two daughters. They have a huge heart for people and their passion is to create a wave after wave movement of missionaries that erodes the kingdom of darkness. In their spare time they enjoy eating good food, watching good films and spending time with good friends.

Pais is a discipleship-led organization operating on six continents. They equip the local church to advance the Kingdom of God with new concepts, tools, and templates. They offer teams as a human catalyst to create partnerships between schools, community initiatives, businesses, and churches.
