Group time is a staple part of our day in early years and when we break it down, it covers so many Quality Areas and Learning Outcomes. When we stop and think about all of the individual skills that are needed for a child to successfully and meaningfully engage and learn from our group times, it's little wonder why so many of our Leaves find this part of their day particularly tricky.In this episode, I had the absolute pleasure of chatting with Kiara, who is a diploma qualified educator working as the Education Leader in an Autism Specialist Long Day Care service.
