The 411 chart will help you build out these plans long term1. Draw 4 boxes horizontally across the top labeled Job, Business, Personal Finance & Personal2. Beneath that, create 3 columns vertically that say Annual Goals, Monthly Goals, Weekly Goals3. Insert your goals for the year, month, and week in each of the four categories (break down what tasks/actions you need to do each week/month towards the year)4. You cannot remove anything from each month or week's items until it is either accomplished or you no longer need to act on it to achieve your yearly goals5.
