Sam is an Australian actor currently living in LA, who is the co-founder of a charity called Livin, which was started due to the life changing tragedy of losing one of his close friends. Livin is a charity which focuses on ending the stigma around mental health through education, support from a community of specialists and apparel all available at www.livin.org
In our conversation we talk in depth about Livin, what Sam went through at the time of losing his friend, his mindset and his journey to the person you see today. We also talk about his career and how he completely transformed it into doing something he is passionate about. We discuss how habits have helped him to shape his life and keep his anxiety and stress under control, and the importance of his personal relationships from romantic, to friends and family on the success of his career.
Sam is someone I have followed for some time and someone who has always reminded me of the importance of keeping my mental health in check, how overall wellness needs to be a top priority to be able to perform your best in whatever you are setting out to achieve. This is a wholesome, yet in depth chat touching on some tough subjects but overall it left me feeling connected to who I am and what I wanted yet inspired and motivated to keep aligned to my true values and goals.
