Why is it always a blame game?

I know it's a long one, but please hang in there with me. There is freedom in openly admitting when we made a mistake. Blaming others really doesn't help at all. It is important that we start taking responsibility for us. Ultimately you will be held accountable for it anyway. I feel accountability becomes easier to deal with when you take full responsibility.
