We are all experiencing down days, and the most important part is that we take good lessons out of it. The good thing in having down days is, it let us appreciate the good one, it thought us to remain positive even in our darkest hours. Yes we can't be always strong but we can always be brave. Embrace it if you are sad, cry if you need it, because at the end of the day its you who decide if you'll let it affect you or go on in life.
