Honouring the energetic part of us as human beings. Finding soul sisters who you can stand beside, naked, seen and know that you are home. Those that we resonate with and can help us have a place for the energetic part of our lives. 

When I asked Siobhan what her legacy is she said:

Siobhan Mac Mahon is an award-winning Irish Poet and ‘Word Witch’ whose poetry speaks of the return of the Sacred Feminine and of our deep connection to the earth.  She has been creating magic, mayhem and mischief with her words for over twenty years, collaborating with other artists to combine poetry with music, dance and with film. 

Twice awarded Arts Council funding for her work: ‘Voices of women’ and ‘The Mouth of the Cave’ She has performed her poetry widely in the UK, Ireland and Europe and regularly facilitates creative writing workshops. Shortlisted for the Hennessey New Irish Writing Poetry award 2018, She has been published both online and in print, including in the Irish Times, on Headstuff.org, in Skylight 47 and in many anthologies including the Bloodaxe Anthology - Hallelujah for 50 Foot Women.
