Episode 2 considers the proposed approach to supervising 'new' and 'growing' non-systemic UK banks. It considers the PRA's consultation paper CP9/20 and expectations in relation to the path to profitability, strengthening governance, increasing independence of the board as well as investing in risk management and controls as they mature. Guidance is subject to change once finalised by the PRA.
