Megan McInnis is the founder and owner of The Consultancy where “your business is personal to you, so your business is personal to us.” The Consultancy was created in January of 2020 for her marketing consulting work. Her work and clientele grew prior to COVID then began its extreme growth in the fall of 2020. Today The Consultancy provides marketing, sales, and communications by partnering with a network of professional freelancers across the United States who each excel in their areas of expertise.

McInnis has worked with companies and nonprofits of all sizes. She has consistently worked in marketing throughout her career and has managed numerous people including freelancers, staff, and volunteers. She is especially excited about the impact The Consultancy is having on the lives of freelancers and on small- and medium-sized businesses throughout the country.
