"...there is nothing wrong with creating and setting a new year's resolution. But what I get frustrated with is that if we don't achieve that resolution, and statistically, most people fall off their new year's resolution, routine or goal within two weeks, two to three weeks of the new year, then we feel like we've failed. We feel like we failed and it just creates guilt, and shame, and all of these negative emotions already two to three weeks into the new year. I don't want you to move through the year this way."

In today's episode we're talking about:

  • Reasons why we statistically aren't successful at seeing New Year's resolutions through.
  • How to set ourselves up for success, with resolutions that will stick!
  • 3 question's to ask yourself when deciding what you would like your resolutions to be.
  • And so much more...
