Mark is the founder and CEO of The Moore Group, under which he has birthed The Young Leaders Conference, affectionately known as “YLC”. YLC, formally known as YLR, the Young Leaders Retreat , was started in 2012 as a small revival in a hotel conference room, with only 50 registrants. Over the course of just 7 years, YLR, has grown into the Premiere gathering place for over thousands of Young Leaders each year. He has hosted three successful Young Leader Retreats and 3 successful Young Leaders conferences with registrants from the 49 state and 20+ countries!
