   The name of the helmet is "Hope of my Salvation", which means deliverance from the guilt of sin.  The helmet like all your armor is custom fit for you. It is like having equal amount of pressure all around your head and the helmet will bring a balance to you physically and spiritually because it is constructed with His Word.
